Erinn F. Beck, MS, LMHC


Erinn Beck is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the group practice Restoring Hope of the Palm Beaches, LLC in West Palm Beach. Erinn specializes in working with adolescents, anxiety, depression and eating disorders, while maintaining a general practice working with individuals, couples and families.

Erinn holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from  Palm Beach Atlantic University. She specializes in Mindfulness Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She opened her private practice in 2010. Erinn earned her 100 hour Mindfulness Teacher Training certificate with The Way Mindfulness Education in April of 2019.

Erinn is an active member of her community and has presented  to general audiences speaking on the topics of the teenage brain, healthy dating relationships,  teenagers and social media, mindfulness, mental health awareness, anxiety and eating disorders. She has a genuine desire to motivate, guide and empower young people. Her volunteer and work experience demonstrate a commitment to the social, emotional and mental health needs of the community. Her unique experience includes working as an Infant Development Lab Coordinator at Florida Atlantic University and serving as Faculty Advisor for the Golden Key National Honour Society. Internship work experience includes serving as a counselor at Palm Beach Atlantic University Counseling Center, Christ Fellowship Church and St. Thomas More Catholic Church. 

Erinn is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
