Erinn Beck is Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in private practice since 2010. Erinn specializes in working with adolescents, while maintaining a general practice working with individuals, couples and families. Her therapeutic approach utilizes Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Erinn holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. 

 Erinn values being an active part of her community and has served on several non profit boards. Erinn  served on the board of the Mental Health Counselors Association of Palm Beach as the Vice president from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, she served on the board of the nonprofit, Auroras Voice from 2015 to 2018.  Currently, she serves on the board of The Delray Beach Historical Society and the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors. Erinn helped launch the project Mindful Delray, through Auroras voice to bring awareness of Mindfulness to the community. Mindful Delray provided her with the unique opportunity to co-lead  weekly meditation on the beach and bring mindfulness education to local schools.

Erinn is a mindfulness meditation teacher with the Way Mindfulness Education (The Way). Her teaching experience with The Way includes, Mindfulness Meditation teacher training,  the Atlantic High School Mindfulness Club, the 2019 Youth Summit and Mindfulness at the South County Civic Center, as well as co leading Mindfulness retreats at local non profits and businesses in the community.   Erinn earned her 200 hour Mindfulness Teacher Training certificate with the Way Mindfulness Education.

 Erinn is an active presenter in the community, presenting workshops to professionals and general audiences. Topics include;  Mindfulness of Eating, Mindfulness of Emotions, Teenagers and Social Media, The Teenage Brain, Healthy Boundaries & Work, and Healthy Dating Relationships, How to Chill: Mindfulness with Teens for Rootedness and Humanity.
