As a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral therapist I am passionate about empowering clients to challenge their negative core beliefs about themselves, others, and the world. By challenging these beliefs we can begin to truly accept ourselves, increase our feelings of self-worth, and enhance our relationships. I believe that meaningful change comes first from changing inwardly.
I recognize that each individual, couple, and family is unique and work collaboratively with them to develop specialized treatment plans to achieve their goals. I have a general practice working with individuals, couples, and families, with an emphasis on pre adolescents and adolescents.
